We offer flexible cancellation up to 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 14-30 days receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. Special event dates may have different policies.
Yes, both properties include heated underground parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is available in designated surface lots nearby. All parking is free for our guests.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM MST and check-out is at 10:00 AM MST. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees. Please contact us in advance to arrange.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at either property due to HOA regulations and to maintain a allergen-free environment for all guests. Service animals are permitted with advance notice and documentation.
All linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, streaming TV services, toiletries, and basic pantry items (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, cooking oil). We also provide a welcome basket with local recommendations and emergency contact information.
Purgatory Resort is approximately 25 miles (40 minutes) north of downtown Durango. The drive is scenic and well-maintained year-round. We recommend renting a 4WD vehicle in winter months for safety and peace of mind.
